When wanting to register with John Mackenzie Primary School, parents have the following 2 options available:
1.Apply online ( Recommended ) : You can download the application form and print and complete it. Then bring the required documents to the office for verification (during office hours).
2.Collect a registration form from the School Office (during office hours).
The following documentation is required when wanting to register your child at JMS Primary School:
1. A recent passport size photograph of applicant.
2. A copy of applicant’s birth certificate or passport.
3. Copy of the applicant’s most recent school report.
4. If applying for Form 1 a copy of the most recent Standard 7 report.
5. A letter of release from the applicant’s previous school. Not applicable to Form 1 applicants.
6. Proof of Residence if the applicant is not a citizen (Residence Permit).
7. A non-refundable registration fee of P100.
